Most of the furniture came pre-assembled - AWESOME. We also paid extra for the rain shield cushions, also totally worth it. The covers that come with the set are extremely large and don't fit around our configuration - so that is the only thing I disliked.
Great
Furniture arrived well packaged. Cushions are thick and chairs are comfortable.
The furniture is comfortable and beautiful. The setup was a breeze thanks to the furniture being put together and packaged easily like Jenga pieces (kudos to those who prep the shipments).
Received our new furniture set in the late Spring and have been completely satisfied with it through our first summer season.
We love our first set from 6 years ago so we purchased a 20 piece set and love it as well. The glass on the dining table scratches easily and that is our only complaint. All the furniture is beautiful!
wonderful
I’ve followed this company for over a year waiting to purchase. I did my research and felt comfident once I made the purchase. Very happy with my 20 piece. Had a minor issue with a scratch off the glass of the fire pit table, and customer service assured me they would send a new piece of glass. Other than that everything was perfect, I’ve gotten so many compliments about the looks and the comfort. My family and I are so happy, we’ve been enjoying dinners outside as well as lounging by the pool and just hanging outside. Will definitely recommend this company to everyone.
Was really surprised how great this set looks, we've only had it a short while, but so far so good. Customer service and delivery was first rate.
Great
This is testing review, please ignore it.
I absolutely love the set. It came packaged well, complete and the only thing I had to put together was the legs to the dining table. Would recommend this company as it is a lot more affordable than any store and the look and quality I find better than almost all of them.
Purchased 2.5 years ago. Comfortable, durable and great looking. Get lots of compliments. Recently purchased different color coverings to change lanai look. Cushions are still in great shape with one cushion I park my butt in all the time still holding up...
I bought these sight umseen and was VERY IMPRESSED with the design, color and most of all the quality of my 20 piece set. Three of the 20+ pieces were slightly damaged in shipping and Ohana sent me out new pieces to replace them in a matter of just a couple of days. I will definetly buy from them again.
I bought this sight unseen as was EXTREMELY inp
Amazing
Great purchase - Our red cushions are truly beautiful and comfortable. The set looks perfect!! Also wonderful customer service - very responsive.
I do a lot of research on everything, especially furniture. ! I took a few weeks to finally decide on Ohana and we are so glad that we did. We ordered the 20-piece set with the Sunbrella Rain Navy cushions with gray wicker. We love it! The quality of the furniture is so much better than we anticipated. Sturdy furniture, heavy table glass (love that the dining glass is dark), well stitched and firm cushions. I e-mailed the company to check on the status of the order (I know the Sunbrella cushions take longer) and the responses were answered in a professional and quick manner. The delivery was smooth. My husband and son were able to put the furniture that needed a bit more assembling together fairly quickly and easily. Now, if I could only keep our dogs' little paw prints off the cushions, and from laying on the chaise lounges but I know that will not happen. :) We will definitely be ordering from Ohana again in the future.
My husband and I wanted a nice matching patio set for our poolside. I love the Sunbrella Mineral Blue. Essentially no assembly and love that we can clip the seats depending how we want to have it arranged. Only thing I wish was that it came with a matching Cantilever. I cant find a matching one anywhere which is a bummer, but otherwise we are super happy with the patio set.
If you are on the fence about this furniture, I encourage you to buy! This was the best purchase I've made online. It is beautiful and comfortable. It is perfect.
I love EVERYTHING about this set, just wish I did more research into the cushions. They are NOT waterproof and should be put away before rain.
Did not get this exact set, as I had the couch and loveseat istead of the love seat and two chairs. Items took 6 weeks to arrive. One chase lounge was damaged significantly, still waiting on replacement which was no hassle. Main disappointment is that everything feels cheep. Wicker is cheap plastic. Not very well made. Disappointed for the price.
Everything team well wrapped. There was one chair that was damaged in the shipping process. They quickly replaced it. Ohana is easy to work with and they have good communication. Their items seem to be good quality although it hasn’t been thru a Chicago winter yet. 🤞
It looks great.... it's good value for the $. I would highly recommend it.
I ordered a set from them and the entire process was a great experience. The time lines they gave me and how it was delivered and the quality of the product and service was far above my expectations. I will definitely be ordering from Ohana again in the future.
Shipping took a little longer than expected and communication was not exactly perfect, but once the furniture arrived I was very pleased with it. I wish the cushions were a little thicker, but they are still very comfortable. The overall look is fantastic. I don't think I could have found another set with this many pieces without paying twice as much. It is the perfect furniture set for our new backyard patio.
I am not sure about the other reviews. We ordered this set and it looks amazing on the website however the quality is just awful. We have had for 6 weeks and the wicker is torn and the cushions look like they are 5 years old. Do not buy. Horrible quality.
great service and great delivery and installation.
I looks amazing all set up
We love everything about our new furniture. We received the 20-piece set in mixed brown wicker with Sunbrella Rain Taupe cushions and they look exactly like the photos. Everything is high quality and coordinating shipping was very easy. We've been through a few rain storms and they've held up great. Highly recommend!
