Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping on all orders. Orders are shipped within indicated lead time of receiving cleared payment. We are not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing problems, product availability delays, or order changes made after the order has been placed.

When order is shipped, shipment confirmation email will be sent. Carrier will call to set up a delivery appointment. When the order is shipped, a shipment confirmation email will be sent.   • Curbside Delivery: Driver will offload your item to the curb at the end of your driveway for curbside delivery. Signature is required.
  • White Glove Delivery: Driver will place your item inside your home or designated spot and remove packaging from the premise (read details). Please contact us for a quote.

We only ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 states of the US. If you live outside United States (i.e. Canada, Alaska or Hawaii), but have a stateside address, we can ship your order there.

We ship to the address on order. Please provide working daytime phone number for the freight company to make delivery appointment with you. Should any delay occur due to incorrect contact information, customer will be responsible for the incurred storage fee.

Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee from the carrier (ex: flight of stairs, remote location or island delivery requiring ferry transportation, etc.).

RETURNS

If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of your receipt of merchandise for a refund of purchase price minus round trip shipping fee.

Return shipping fee is customer responsibility and is non-refundable. Shipping fee originally paid on your order is non-refundable.

Return shipping fee varies on your item and location and can only be determined once the return request is received.

We review and handle all returns on a case by case basis.

In order to return, all item(s) must be: new/unused/original condition, packed in original boxes complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts

All items will be inspected upon return. Refunds will not be issued if the returned item fails inspection.

A restocking fee will apply at 20% of the purchase price for any items not returned in their original condition.

Return authorization and instructions will be provided by our customer service. Please contact us to initiate a return or to receive assistance on any issues or concerns.

Please allow 5 to 10 days following receipt of the return items for a refund to display on your credit card statement. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

EXCHANGE

We do not accept exchanges. You can choose to return the original order with items in brand new condition (unused with packaging, tags, instructions and inserts) to us and place a new order for the item(s) that you would like in place of the original order. Returned items will be subject to inspection and will not be refunded if it does not pass

EXCEPTIONS

Custom orders of any kind cannot be returned.

DAMAGE

Follow our inspection guide email to inspect your delivery upon receipt.

In the unlikely event that an item you ordered arrives damaged or is defective, we'll work with you to replace the part(s) free of charge.

Please report the issue within 3 days after delivery of the item and contact our customer service for assistance and we'll make it right.

WARRANTY

We stand by our products. From the date of purchase, we offer 1 year warranty for the structural framing of the furniture and 3 year for cushions or accent finish. Warranty does not apply to furniture used in commercial settings. Please READ WARRANTY POLICY for more details.
