Listen you will not be disappointed with Ohana’s product! I am extremely HAPPY with my purchase. The delivery was fast, no damage to the boxes and once I opened them I fell in love.. I was hesitant at 1st will to be honest it took my 6 months to decide to purchase after looking all over for a quality patio set that wouldn’t break the bank I decided to purchase Ohana set, so glad I did I will tell you that when I did receive the table of peace was bent and I emailed customer service and it was replaced immediately. The customer service was Beyond my expectations. I love that everything match.

Very nice looking furniture and appears to be good quality, but the comfort is just not there, which might affect the quality. These are the hardest cushions we've ever sat on. We thought maybe they would give a bit after a while, but it ain't happening... still hard. You can't sit for very long before your rear starts aching. Good looking for the price, but it lacks when it comes to comfort. The review does not have a rating for comfort, which should be extremely important, so I had to do it with the Overall rating. Those who believe these cushions are comfortable must have received a different cushion than we did.

I did a lot of research before deciding to order from Ohaha and I am SO glad we bought this set. My husband is quite tall and wanted to have high back seating and we knew we wanted Sunbrella fabric as it is absolutely the best for outdoor furniture. Two chairs arrived damaged, by no fault of Ohana, it was the shipping company's fault. I sent photo evidence to Ohana and the matter was quickly and easily resolved by Ohana and in no time they shipped out two new chairs. Many thanks to Ohana for their top notch customer service! The set is SO comfortable, firm, thick cushions and the fabric is going to last for years to come. The wicker is durable and sturdy, but each piece is also lightweight enough that it very easy to move and rearrange in all different settings. This is quality outdoor furniture we will be enjoying for years to come! Highly recommend.

We purchased the 9 piece set a year ago and are thrilled with how nicely the cushions and wicker have held up! We live in an area were winters can go below freezing and summers are in the 100's. We haven't covered our furniture and it still looks beautiful a year later and our red cushions have not faded. Amazing quality! Bought a wicker set from another online company years before and not only did we have to assemble the wicker started coming apart a year later. Dont bother with any other company this is the real deal.

This is a beautiful set. backs are high on the chairs. Cushions are thick . Just recieved it a week ago and love it..
