We offer free shipping on all orders. Orders are shipped within indicated lead time of receiving cleared payment. We are not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing problems, product availability delays, or order changes made after the order has been placed.

When order is shipped, shipment confirmation email will be sent. Carrier will call to set up a delivery appointment.

Curbside Delivery: Driver will offload your item to the curb at the end of your driveway for curbside delivery. Signature is required.
White Glove Delivery: Driver will place your item inside your home or designated spot and remove packaging from the premise (read details). Please contact us for a quote.

We only ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 states of the US. If you live outside United States (i.e. Canada, Alaska or Hawaii), but have a stateside address, we can ship your order there.

We ship to the address on order. Please provide working daytime phone number for the freight company to make delivery appointment with you. Should any delay occur due to incorrect contact information, customer will be responsible for the incurred storage fee.

Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee from the carrier (ex: flight of stairs, remote location or island delivery requiring ferry transportation, etc.).

Very Nice furniture

We are extremely please with our 7 piece set. the quality is excellent. The cushions are thick but a little bit firm. This is a good thing as I am sure they wil last a very long time.

Top notch quality

I'm a year into ownership, and everything is still as good looking and comfortable as when it arrived. Seat cushions are firm, and mould to you a little. So comfortable! Covers stand up well to washing, and nothing has faded in the sun yet. We shopped a lot of big box and outdoor stores first. This set had the taller seating and thick cushions my wife wanted, plus a rust free aluminum frame and no assembly required (except the deck box). More expensive, but the value makes this a no brainer over cheap sets.

Quality Outdoor Furniture

We ordered this set plus a middle piece to make it a 3 seat couch. Also added a 4-seat, square table dining set. More than satisfied with quality, look and functionality. Rain resistant. Overall great set!!

Love our patio set

Ordered 7 piece sofa set in mixed color wicker/taupe cushions. Looks great with our other furniture. Quality is very good: chose this brand due to the aluminum support members, rather than powder coated steel which inevitably rusts in our northern climate. lightweight pieces are easy to move around as we need. Bought an Outland Living fire table to complete the set. Looks like a million bucks!

Only suggestion: We need furniture covers to keep the bird doo off the furniture. A large cover was supplied that would fit over the entire grouping if it were all moved together. We will need to buy covers for the sofa and each chair since we will never have all the pieces bunched together in order to use the supplied cover. It's a nice cover but just impractical for daily use. Also, would have preferred the option to delete the coffee table and add side tables instead. We will never use the coffee table since we have the fire table.
