We offer free shipping on all orders. Orders are shipped within indicated lead time of receiving cleared payment. We are not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing problems, product availability delays, or order changes made after the order has been placed.

When order is shipped, shipment confirmation email will be sent. Carrier will call to set up a delivery appointment.

Curbside Delivery: Driver will offload your item to the curb at the end of your driveway for curbside delivery. Signature is required.
White Glove Delivery: Driver will place your item inside your home or designated spot and remove packaging from the premise (read details). Please contact us for a quote.

We only ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 states of the US. If you live outside United States (i.e. Canada, Alaska or Hawaii), but have a stateside address, we can ship your order there.

We ship to the address on order. Please provide working daytime phone number for the freight company to make delivery appointment with you. Should any delay occur due to incorrect contact information, customer will be responsible for the incurred storage fee.

Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee from the carrier (ex: flight of stairs, remote location or island delivery requiring ferry transportation, etc.).

I bought this set with the red cushions for our new backyard patio. It's beautiful, comfortable, and high-quality. You can easily arrange it in various configurations to best fit your space. Also I can't say enough about their customer service. They have a personal touch with their service and sincerely care that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Excellent Quality!

We replaced a similar set - and this the set we purchases was actually less than the 10 years old set that we were replacing. I am super happy with my purchase. Delivery was able to be scheduled at our convenience and the quality is awesome. The cushion quality (thickness, and rain resistance) blew me away. We love Ohana and would not hesitate to buy from them again!

Beyond Expectations!

Ordering something like this on line is nerve wracking to begin with. I dealt with Anita way back in February who, a couple of times, talked me off the ledge when they wanted to deliver the set a couple of times and we werent in NY at the time. The set is absolutely beautiful. Living in NYC with postage size yards, it fits perfectly. i shopped on other wicker sites and am so happy I found Ohana. Looking forward to lots of entertaining this summer.

Good looking well made furniture

Also very comfortable and appears to be easy to clean. Comes with a cover - which is nice. One of the main reasons we purchased it because it was expected to be made in the USA. But, although not all, one of the boxes had "made in china" on it.

Not what I had hoped

The set took longer to arrive than I had expected, more like a month than 2-3 weeks. The delivery driver didnt contact us at all before, during or after, delivery and we were out of town. The furniture is smaller than I thought it would be based on reviews. Dining table is small, chairs are small, chairs and sofa have lower backs than I expected, and the cushions are really hard when you sit in them. Everything was put together and assembled and looks nice, just a bit disappointed.
