We offer free shipping on all orders. Orders are shipped within indicated lead time of receiving cleared payment. We are not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing problems, product availability delays, or order changes made after the order has been placed.
When order is shipped, shipment confirmation email will be sent. Carrier will call to set up a delivery appointment.
- Curbside Delivery: Driver will offload your item to the curb at the end of your driveway for curbside delivery. Signature is required.
- White Glove Delivery: Driver will place your item inside your home or designated spot and remove packaging from the premise (read details). Please contact us for a quote.
We only ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 states of the US. If you live outside United States (i.e. Canada, Alaska or Hawaii), but have a stateside address, we can ship your order there.
We ship to the address on order. Please provide working daytime phone number for the freight company to make delivery appointment with you. Should any delay occur due to incorrect contact information, customer will be responsible for the incurred storage fee.
Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee from the carrier (ex: flight of stairs, remote location or island delivery requiring ferry transportation, etc.).

We love our set. I was a little afraid to purchase based on such a reasonable price but went ahead anyway. We received the set in the original stated timeframe. It can well packed with no damage. Our set includes two armchairs, a loveseat, a long sofa, and the rectangular fire pit. The cushions are firm and comfortable. The set is well made. The fire pit is 55,000 BTU and throws a lot of heat if you need it. The cover provided is for the entire set, so we ended up purchasing separate covers for each piece from another company. We have had the set for a week and have used it almost every evening.
I absolutely love this furniture! I loved that it came fully assembled with the exception of the storage box and fire table- both were very easy to assemble. I did upgrade the cushions to sunbrella and so glad I did. While it was a little more money it was worth it. This set is truly worth every penny and I absolutely love it! It is quite large but fits our space perfectly and now our whole family can enjoy it! Highly recommend. It did take a while to get (about 5 weeeks) but customer services was very responsive to keep me updated on shipping.
One other thing - the stage box is very large! And stores most of the cushions!
This is our second set from Ohana. We had our first set for 12 years and decided to sell it when we moved and repurchase another set in a different color.. Love that it comes assembled. Fast turn around. Delivery was great! Highly recommend!! Also the sunbrella upgrade is worth it. Our first set was red. hardly any fading after 12 years.. This time we got sunbrella taupe. Love it!!!
So far we have been pretty satisfied with our purchase. The furniture is surprisingly light, which can be viewed as good or bad. It does make it very easy to move around my patio on your own. The fire table is wonderful, though I wish the glass was fixed to the table. We noticed a few small scuffs on some of the pieces from shipping (with matching damage to the boxes), but it wasn't enough to warrant going through the process of a return. I think my main complaint is that the cushions aren't very well fixed to the furniture and constantly need to be adjusted to make them look nice/line up. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone else looking for some nice furniture at a reasonable price.
We have had our set for a couple of weeks now and we love it. We added a few decorative pillows and an outdoor rug and we feel like it is our little oasis. We decided to buy a matching dining set after seeing how well made the furniture was.
