I purchased my patio set directly from the Ohana website on 11/10/23. After chatting with Jay from support, I finalized my order. Jay was super helpful. It was delivered to me on 11/17/23!!! Incredibly fast, which I much appreciated as I was celebrating the end of my chemo treatment! It arrived very well packed up and I loved the fact that I didn't have to put it together! Worth the price in my opinion. It seems to be good quality, time will tell. I am looking forward to spending a lot of time enjoying my new screened in porch chilling on my beautiful patio set. We ended up ordering new cushions (at least I thought I was) because ours were so faded. We carefully store ours during the winter months and when it rains. I was surprised that it was nearly $800 for the covers to be replaced. When I ordered them, I thought I was getting the cushions too for that price. I should of read the fine print. I feel that this was not made clear to me.

Looks excellent especially with the Sunbrella Rain Red Cushions for which I had to wait a bit longer - however the Customer Support was extremely helpful to expedite the shipping as much as possible. My only concern is with the overall weight of the Wicker furniture espcially because I stay on the Tampa Bay and in stormy and high wind situations they probably will get moved by the wind.

Really like my set, I boight the yellow cushions and it looks so inviting.
This is actually my 2nd set because I liked it so much. Though my 1st set cushions were beige and are really dirty now, hopefully the yellow ones stay more vibrant in color. Highly recommend.

Although the furniture came a bit later than expected, I am extremely happy with the quality and look of it all. On update calls, the people at Ohana could not have been nicer, too. Fully assembled; easy to just take out of the box. Was missing cover and clips, but as soon as I called, they said they would FedEx (waiting for those). Overall, great value and very nice to deal with.

I ordered this set with Aneda the representative in February and we received our shipment March about 6 weeks. Aneda provided us with the highest quality of customer service.
Once we received our shipment and assembled it we were so surprised the quality was better than expected for the price we paid. Outstanding service with great quality. We did get the rain upgrade however we haven’t tested it out yet. We def are so happy with our purchase. Love it. We have a 12x16 gazebo and this set fit perfectly in there.

I purchased this set because it looked really good on the Ohana website and the price was excellent compared to other websites and stores that I shopped for patio furniture. I received the furniture a couple of weeks ago and was not disappointed. The set looks great, is well built and is exactly what we hoped it would be. Along the way, customer support was great in answering questions and the furniture was packed for shipping perfectly. I can't remember the last time something arrived on time and in perfect condition as this order did...not a mark or a scratch anywhere. I have already recommended Ohana to family and neighbors.

I purchased this set over the summer and upon receipt of set I noticed the cushion covers color was off. i immediately notified company and they rushed out the matching cover with no questions asked. Great customer service and even better furniture.

We ordered taupe on black wicker for our new expansive patio under the deck of our mountain home. It looks and fits fantastic! Great for social distance entertaining with so many options to configure the chairs. Cushions are a bit firm, but still wonderful for lounging. One problem is they can slide forward if you slouch. I was also impressed with the responsive customer service, though I ALMOST canceled the order over one agent's warning the freight company wouldn't deliver to my door because of my mountain address. (I didn't and they did.) Otherwise, very satisfied.

Looking for patio/deck wicker furniture at a reasonable price. Ohana was recommended to us by a friend and it turned out to be exactly what we needed. Looks great and fits all our needs great! Would recommend to friends and family!

After checking out a number of furniture sets online, we chose Ohana for it's quality vs. price compared to others we looked at. We're glad we did. The 10 pc set is perfect for our new screened room. The low backs do not block our window views from the living room and the black wicker coordinates with our dark bronze aluminum screened room framing. While the cushions are somewhat firm, I find them comfortable. We upgraded to the Sunbrella Rain fabric since we live in rainy Florida. The water beads up on the fabric and can be wiped off easily - the water does not seep through to the cushion. I highly recommend spending the extra money for this fabric if your furniture is somewhere that it will get rain. The furniture has adjustable legs for balance and clips to hold pieces together (on areas like the sofa) when combining segments. The wide wicker arms are comfortable and offer a space for sitting things like a book, a cup, or a snack plate. Sunbrella Rain was supposed to take longer for delivery, but we actually got the furniture delivered a month earlier than we expected! Delivery was coordinated as promised and each piece came in its own box, well padded. The furniture is light-weight for its size and was easy to unpack and set up. We are loving our new Ohana Furniture and have been spending more time living outdoors since it arrived.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this 10 piece set. It is super comfortable, and easy to move around, I added a few plants and a fountain, and my porch is now a slice of Heaven. My daughter and I try to be the first home so we can "claim it all for ourselves", but the truth is now there's room for PLENTY of people. This was a FANTASTIC PURCHASE, and we will be enjoying it for YEARS to come. THANK YOU Ohana!!

So far we love our set, No damage during shipment. We got the Red on gray wicker. Hardest part was having so many options to choose from! I will say It was a bit confusing with all the different cloth colors / wicker colors and 3 different types of material and only certain colors were available in certain materials ... it took a phone call to figure that out so The web site could be layed out better but other than that ; Nice furniture!

Purchased this suite with upgraded sunbrella fabric and added some end tables. The delivery was on time. The gentleman delivering the furniture was very polite and professional. Overall very pleased with the purchase and the staff at Ohana who assisted with this purchase. I don't think you can go wrong purchasing from this company!

Our set arrived within 4 weeks and was meticulously packaged; delivery was fantastic. We are so pleased with the quality of both the wicker and the Sunbrella fabric. Love the piping detail on the cushions. Just gorgeous! Customer service was impeccable when I called to place the order and I even added a corner piece so we could make an L shape sofa. The club chairs and ottomans are really a nice feature to the set but what I really love is the Velcro on the seat backs - our house is exposed to the open bay and high winds are frequent; no cushions blowing around! We are enjoying this set and can't wait for summer to get here! Highly recommend! I would love to submit a photo...

Overall I love it! One club chair was received slightly bent on the bottom of the front of the chair, but it's not a huge deal. I ordered this set in the Sunbrella Rain Taupe. The color was a little more gray than brown, I thought it was going to be more brown. It rained for a few days after I received it and put it on my patio - the sunbrella rain fabric repels the water very well. None of my cushions ended up wet on the inside. I just took them off, shook them a bit and voila, a dry cushion to sit on! The cushions seem a little hard when you first sit down, but you settle in quite comfortably. I spent all day sitting and laying on it. Very nice!

The furniture is beautiful! Dealing with Ohana was easy and the delivery was on time and the all came in perfect condition. I couldn't be happier.

We got the 10 piece set a few weeks ago & very pleased. I tend to research purchases VERY deeply & shop them hard. Living in a climate with 100 days + over 100 degree temps every year with lots of sun and occasional rain we wanted the option of Sunbrella which many suppliers simply do not offer. When it comes to options I think Ohana really crushes it...you can choose from four different wicker options and tons of fabric colors. I won't name the places I compared but you'd guess correctly if they occupy a massive online retailer and a massive big-box warehouse retailer. They simply did not offer the options nor the quality I got with this set from Ohana. The cushions are very firm, the set appears well constructed and as someone of normal size they are super comfortable. I like the fact that if I want to add a storage bin or an end table I can come back later ad pick one up. In terms of price and value this set was 10 pieces and I paid what a single sofa costs at a local outdoor patio store in AZ, or the cost of 5 pieces from my big box wholesale store. Additionally I noticed others either do not offer furniture clips or rain covers or will sell them for an incremental cost whereas Ohana included them. Just another nice added bonus. Shipping was on time, undamaged, and easy as pie. All in all an excellent quality set at a more than competitive price and a company super easy to do business with.
