We offer free shipping on all orders. Orders are shipped within indicated lead time of receiving cleared payment. We are not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing problems, product availability delays, or order changes made after the order has been placed.

When order is shipped, shipment confirmation email will be sent. Carrier will call to set up a delivery appointment.

Curbside Delivery: Driver will offload your item to the curb at the end of your driveway for curbside delivery. Signature is required.
White Glove Delivery: Driver will place your item inside your home or designated spot and remove packaging from the premise (read details). Please contact us for a quote.

We only ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 states of the US. If you live outside United States (i.e. Canada, Alaska or Hawaii), but have a stateside address, we can ship your order there.

We ship to the address on order. Please provide working daytime phone number for the freight company to make delivery appointment with you. Should any delay occur due to incorrect contact information, customer will be responsible for the incurred storage fee.

Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee from the carrier (ex: flight of stairs, remote location or island delivery requiring ferry transportation, etc.).

Great quality for the price, definitely a step up from the stuff at the big box stores. Arriving assembled also saved me an afternoon

All is great. Would be nice if chaise loungers's cushions were a bit wider

Not 100% Satisfied

Overall, I really like my furniture set. It is excellent quality and seems very well made. It is very comfortable and looks great..I have had other less expensive sets and they don't last. The only problem that I encountered with Ohana was in selecting the fabric color. The website is not does not allow you to mix and match wicker and cushion colors which makes it hard to visualize you order. The salesperson was helpful and actually texted me some color swatches. Unfortunately, the color that came with my order was not the color I thought I was getting. The customer service person was not very helpful in understanding my issue and left me feeling frustrated, and like my best option was to just settle for the cushion color I received. To be honest, after spending $3,000 fir patio furniture I expected much better service and resolution to my problem

Love this Furniture

I was hesitant to purchase patio furniture online. After reading the reviews, we decided to take a chance. The price was excellent - no comparison. The furniture arrived within a few weeks of ordering. We purchased the black with red cushions - the red is much brighter than the pics and so gorgeous. We have received lots of compliments. We are more than pleased with this set and highly recommend Ohana Wicker Furniture to anyone shopping for patio furniture.
