We offer free shipping on all orders. Orders are shipped within indicated lead time of receiving cleared payment. We are not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing problems, product availability delays, or order changes made after the order has been placed.
When order is shipped, shipment confirmation email will be sent. Carrier will call to set up a delivery appointment.
- Curbside Delivery: Driver will offload your item to the curb at the end of your driveway for curbside delivery. Signature is required.
- White Glove Delivery: Driver will place your item inside your home or designated spot and remove packaging from the premise (read details). Please contact us for a quote.
We only ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 states of the US. If you live outside United States (i.e. Canada, Alaska or Hawaii), but have a stateside address, we can ship your order there.
We ship to the address on order. Please provide working daytime phone number for the freight company to make delivery appointment with you. Should any delay occur due to incorrect contact information, customer will be responsible for the incurred storage fee.
Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee from the carrier (ex: flight of stairs, remote location or island delivery requiring ferry transportation, etc.).

We ABSOLUTELY LOVE our new patio furniture. GORGEOUS! The quality and beauty exceed expectations. We ordered the wicker in color grey. The wicker is strong, sturdy, durable, made to last. And yet light weight, easy to move the sectionals around to create different configurations. The cushions are incredibly firm, perfect comfort level. We ordered the Sunbrella Rain Coal Cushions with the 6-inch Triple Layer Rainshield Cushion ... Worth the investment! The cushions do not hold water, dry quickly, maintain their color and shape. We also ordered the Fire Table. BEAUTIFUL! We use the coffee table as an end table. Perfect! I did a lot of research before choosing... YOU CAN’T BEAT THE PRICE AND QUALITY! Great customer service! Great communication! Knowledgeable, patient, friendly. They answered all of my questions. I received emails when my order was shipped, before delivery and delivered. Everything was boxed well, no damage during shipment. Delivery was on time. Set up was quick and easy. I couldn’t ask for more!
I had been a little nervous about buying furniture sight unseen over the internet (especially given the range of quality in patio furniture, and the importance of investing in something that would stand up to the elements outside), but between the great reviews and the options for personalization we went for it and I couldn't be more pleased. The furniture is beautiful, and even though we've only had it for a few weeks we've been using it regularly and are quite pleased with the quality. The cushions are firm and comfortable, and the velcro helps to keep them in place. The set seems like it will last for a long time, and the customer service was nice. If we decide we want more furniture for our front porch we will likely go with them again!
Believe all the positive reviews! Our order arrived within a week and was just perfect - we love it but we couldn’t believe that when we ordered a second table to go along with our patio furniture set that it arrived the next day!!
