We offer free shipping on all orders. Orders are shipped within indicated lead time of receiving cleared payment. We are not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing problems, product availability delays, or order changes made after the order has been placed.
When order is shipped, shipment confirmation email will be sent. Carrier will call to set up a delivery appointment.
- Curbside Delivery: Driver will offload your item to the curb at the end of your driveway for curbside delivery. Signature is required.
- White Glove Delivery: Driver will place your item inside your home or designated spot and remove packaging from the premise (read details). Please contact us for a quote.
We only ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 states of the US. If you live outside United States (i.e. Canada, Alaska or Hawaii), but have a stateside address, we can ship your order there.
We ship to the address on order. Please provide working daytime phone number for the freight company to make delivery appointment with you. Should any delay occur due to incorrect contact information, customer will be responsible for the incurred storage fee.
Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee from the carrier (ex: flight of stairs, remote location or island delivery requiring ferry transportation, etc.).

I have purchased this product in the past and have been so satisfied.
Coming out of our third winter, set looks great, cushions still firm, left the set outside on a covered patio, no issues. Color has berely faded, stains are almost not an issue. We added the propane fireplace, still works great too. Light weight, easy to manouver and assemble differently. After a ton of research we picked Ohana, awesome value for the money. Team deserves a bonus!
So I’d like to think, I’ve done like everyone else. I searched many of sites and was interested in Ohana‘s. I quickly found what I was interested in and spoke with customer service. They were quickly able to make me feel at ease on matching my furniture cushions with the outdoor sectional I was interested in. I wanted it to look nice, classy, clean, and very much inviting. Received within one week. Great quality. Looks exactly like the picture. Cushions are firm so the set should last. Very happy with the set!
Now I work pretty fast I ordered an 8 piece and 2 piece matching sets. Took 10 days to show up at house. From the time it showed up and the pallets were placed in my driveway put together on my patio which I and my girlfriend then broke down the boxes and the garage men even picked up the pallets it was an hour and a half
