We offer free shipping on all orders. Orders are shipped within indicated lead time of receiving cleared payment. We are not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing problems, product availability delays, or order changes made after the order has been placed.
When order is shipped, shipment confirmation email will be sent. Carrier will call to set up a delivery appointment.
- Curbside Delivery: Driver will offload your item to the curb at the end of your driveway for curbside delivery. Signature is required.
- White Glove Delivery: Driver will place your item inside your home or designated spot and remove packaging from the premise (read details). Please contact us for a quote.
We only ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 states of the US. If you live outside United States (i.e. Canada, Alaska or Hawaii), but have a stateside address, we can ship your order there.
We ship to the address on order. Please provide working daytime phone number for the freight company to make delivery appointment with you. Should any delay occur due to incorrect contact information, customer will be responsible for the incurred storage fee.
Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee from the carrier (ex: flight of stairs, remote location or island delivery requiring ferry transportation, etc.).

From start to finish the best furniture shopping experience ever. I almost never buy anything online sight unseen let alone furniture. But after doing my research, comparing pricing and quality, reading hundreds of reviews, measuring and remeasuring i ordered the 7 piece sectional with coffee table for our newly built mini pavillion in our back yard. From the moment it arrived , 4 boxes, carefully packaged with protective cloth so the wicker would not be scratched in transit, I was impressed. The sight initially said 2 weeks for delivery. It came in 7 days. I can not say enough good things about the product... My husband and I are obsessed, as are our friends and neighbors.. beautiful, high quality, comfortable.. oh and the protective cover is such a wonderful addition to the total experience. I recently purchased a 7 piece wicker set and was wonderfully surprised at how nicely made the set is and how attractive it is. We opted for the 6" cushions and love how firm they are. One chair had arrived damaged and I contacted customer service and sent them pictures of the damage. They got back to me the same day and said they would replace the chair and email me when it shipped. I had the replacement chair within 10 days and all is well. Great customer service!!!
I bought this sectional a month ago, it's spectacular, the quality of the furniture is first class, as are the cushions and the fabric, my family enjoys it every day, I highly recommend it

I’ve been looking for a patio set for our covered porch and kept on seeing these on my facebook feed. I started comparing prices from Costco, Lowe’s etc.. and realized this was a great deal and so I ordered the 7 piece set with umbrella fabric. They look great and we had a house warming party and our guests loved the set. Since our set is indoors it should last forever.
