Fully Assembled Rainshield Patio Furniture - Ohana 5 Piece Sectional with 6-inch Water Protected Cushions

We are so happy with our patio set. We opted for the Sunbrella Rain weather proof cushions and they’re well worth the extra $$. The quality of the furniture is great. We received our furniture in 2.5 weeks and the Roadrunner Delivery guy was nice enough to take it right to our patio even though they indicated curb side delivery only. And of course it’s awesome to not have to assemble it. We decided to leave on the plastic corner protectors on the coffee table as they’re not as sharp as the glass. Highly recommend Ohana’s product and great prices.

I love the look of the furniture. I wish the Velcro was a little better. It does not hold the pillows in place. Great quality and I love that no assembly was needed.

I am beyond satisfied with the furniture, the representatives were so helpful. After I received the first shipment, I needed to add some things and customer service was great with working with me on the pricing and getting the pieces that I needed.

We originally purchased the PN7011 set because of the unique look but once we received it was such a small set and the chairs were super low to the ground. My husband said they looked like toddler chairs. We called Ohana and they were able to help us out by switching that set for this one. So glad we made the switch. We got 4 club chairs with the table, black wicker and sunbrella pacific blue to match the rest of the items we purchased. They area beautiful. The chairs are a nice height and roomy. Some of the chairs have loose wicker and/or some of the wicker wasn't weaved in properly but nothing a repair kit cannot fix. The color of the cushion covers is vibrant. One of the chairs did not sit flat on the ground, so hubby had to mess with the legs underneath and added a spacer to balance it out for now. I am sure with use over time it will be ok. Glad we got this set.

The price (on sale) and quality of this furniture is very good. We are very happy with it. The local shipping company (SAIA???) left a lot to be desired. They gave no notice of delivery the first attempt and then would not go past trees two blocks away the second attempt. I literally had to load in my truck in the middle of the street after they unloaded it there.

I ordered this 5 PCs set in a sunbrella red jockey color . The color did not match the color of their chart. However, the quality and appearance were very superior that instead of returning the set for a full refund, that they offered, I ordered a second set in order to resolve a color match with other furniture I had. Their costumer service is outstanding and they will work with you to resolve whatever issue that will come up. The bottom line is that if you can wait for around 6 weeks, you can order from this company without any hesitation or fear that something will go wrong .You will get honestly, good price, excellent product and outstanding customer service.

Pieces all arrived undamaged and in three boxes on a single pallet.
Lightweight components are easily rearranged into a variety of seating layouts. Clips are provided to lock-down layouts together, if desired. Adjustable feet (screws) are provided to level conponents on uneven surfaces
Weather cover is provided. No point in trying to store it in the zipper pouch in which it arrives packaged, you'll never get it folded that perfectly again.
Cushions are confortable and feel substantial.
Cushions have velcro strips to secure backs to seats.
We ordered in SUnbrella Macaw fabric and the color is well matched to the website swatch.
The only improvement I can imagine would be to add slot handles to the coffe table sides to make it easier to lift and move around.
Would recommend and would purchase again.

Then 5 piece outdoor patio furniture set is what I ordered, and could not be happier. As stated by others - it is beautiful and quite comfortable and fits in my covered lanai perfectly for the area. The cushions are sturdy, well made, and comfortable. The wicker has no flaws and the delivery was a breeze. The color is accurately represented in the photographs and I added some colorful pillows to add a little pizazz.

We purchased this set to use on our boat. Its light weight, weather resistance (we got the upgraded Sunbrella fabric), and size are perfect for the space on our aft deck. We did replace the glass top with acrylic. Very pleased.

I am SO happy with my new patio set. My two daughters have different brands (& sets that I've seen in stores) and they cannot compare with the overall look and quality of OHANA workmanship.
From the piping on each seat cover to the zipper closures and material used ,this set is considered "high end". I've sewn covers and know that OHANA can be considered ARTISANAL.

I just love this 5 pc. set - it looks great and you can tell it is well-made. The loveseat is very comfortable. The chairs are comfortable, too, but an arm option would have been good, too. Anyway, I love the set and the company. They were wonderful in keeping me informed of when the set would be delivered and even called beforehand to ensure we knew what to do if there were any damages. The delivery company was very good, too, and there was absolutely no problems in the delivery. Very, very happy with this set.

I took a very long time to decide on a sofa set for the patio at our lake cabin. This cost more than I wanted to pay. That said, I don't regret it one bit! Once I decided on Ohana I couldn't decide on a color. Ohana was happy to send out 3 swatches to help me decide. I went with the Spuncrylic red, which is an orange red. It is PERFECT on our patio. We received our set in less than 3 weeks. Delivery service was great and worked with us on delivery time--calling the morning of and again 30 minutes ahead of drop off time. One of the boxes arrived damaged. Delivery person photographed the box and waited while we checked for damage--there was none. It's beautiful and comfortable--even the dog loves it:)

I bought this 5 piece set last year and was really pleased with it. I moved recently and added more components to it to wrap around my new fire pit and both experiences were really positive. This company operates like a very small company and their customer service has been really heartwarming. As a suggestion, pick up a pair of small C-Clamps from the hardware store for each junction. The plastic clips included don't really hold the unit together as one very tightly.

We love our patio furniture Black wicker with Sunbrella Beige. We originally order 7Pcs in 2014, we ordered additional 5 pcs on June 15th and deliver came by July 2nd, it was earlier then expected. I would definitely recommend Ohana Depot. I wish they had options to upload images. :-)

I ordered ohana sectional in orange for my new deck. I love it and just ordered additional chairs. There was a minor hiccup with delivery but ohana and most importantly the dispatch company worked furiously to resolve it and still delivered on the right day just a few hours later.

I am a very particular (and busy) woman. For me to take the time to review this set speaks volumes. The furniture is just as classy in real life as it is online, if not more. Very light weight. Packaged perfectly and received with no issues with products.
